How much does it cost?
Your registration cost includes a DVD of the show, and a CD of the musical numbers. (One per family - additional DVDs/CDs can be ordered for $10/each.)
We want every family to be able to participate. Full or partial scholarships and payment plans are available. A Financial Aid Application must be submitted with your registration form, along with your partial payment.
CMT is a self-supporting non-profit program of Grace Lutheran Church.
*Children must be from the same household to qualify for family rates.
You MUST notify us in writing, or via E-mail (CMT@gracepa.org) at least 14 days before the session begins in order to receive a refund. There is a $50 processing fee PER CHILD for all cancellations. Cancellations received within 14 days of the start of camp will not receive a refund.

Thursday, February 9, 2017.
Registration on Registration Night is by lottery. You will receive a postcard in the mail with your randomly assigned Registration NUMBER if any of your children participated in CMT in the last 3 years. Postcards will be mailed by January 20.
New to CMT? You can request a registration number by sending your NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: I'm NEW to CMT! Registration #s are randomly assigned up until 4:00 pm Friday, February 3. After that, you are welcome to register as a walk-in at the end of the evening.
The schedule below is strictly adhered to; there is no need to arrive before your scheduled time. Registration is done in order of your randomly assigned registration number. We will ask you to fill out your form BEFORE you get into line, so please have your form completely filled out and signed before you come. This makes the process smoother and faster for everyone. If your form is not complete, you will be asked to step out of line. Forms filled out in a rush while standing in line are invariably incomplete, and often illegible.
Don't be discouraged by a high registration number. Each of the last seven years, everyone who came to registration night got into at least one session. Your registration number allows you to register YOUR family ONLY. Your name must be on your registration card mailing label.
You may not register another family with your registration number. You may register another family using their registration number and registration form at their assigned time.
Sign-ups for additional sessions start at 7:30 PM. (Please be patient - sometimes it may take a little longer to clear the room for the second round.) Registration numbers will be called in reverse order for the 7:30 PM second sign-up. (i.e. if you want to be in more than one session). You need to have a SEPARATE registration form and a SEPARATE check for EACH session you request. (2 sessions = 2 forms, 2 checks; 3 sessions = 3 forms, 3 checks) Hint: Fill out all of your basic information, then make a copy before adding your session choice...we will have additional forms available, and will ask you to fill out your form BEFORE you get into line.
Full payment (check or cash - no credit cards) is expected at the time of registration. Checks can be made payable to CMT. A check IS required to be placed on the waiting list. A separate form and check are required for each session you request. Additional forms will be available registration night.
Sessions 1, 2, 3, and 4 are different, so your child may attend more than one session. However, because the morning and afternoon sessions will be performing the same play, you may not attend both A and B sessions. Sessions meet Monday through Friday of the weeks indicated.
